we have had our 11L gva evap cooler for a little over a yr purchased through good guys and it is nothing but trouble first off ours came with no remote or manual and it turns on when it wants to and swings when it wants to ours does not have the honeycomb but a useless belt with material that does nothing to cool IF U CAN GET IT TO TURN ON. we have been pushed from phone to store to customer care and a yr on i have become fed up and emailed customer care again as the unit will not turn on at all unless i push three buttons together and if we turn it off its like playing aster ind to get it to flippen turn back on. just ditch gva all together and if u choose to forgo this warning KEEP A RECIPT AND AN ORDER NUMBER THROUGH THE STORE U BUY IT as the second u start telling them that u never have a manual to begin with or a remote the delete that order and refuse to fix a faulty unit and even though there is no record they wwill tell you 4 mths later that you were actually sold a floor model! >:(
